I don't see that any changes have been made to either policy since you spoke with both Karen and me back in September & October, aside from a change to your email address. As for your concern about "ask customers to agree", I do see where we've sent a one-time-pin via text message a few times in the past couple of weeks, if that's what you're referring to. Yes, we do require authentication for certain things to protect customer information as we take privacy & security very seriously.
