Miles has been with this Agency since July 2020. He originally joined the team in a hybrid sales and customer service role, where he quickly dove into learning the ins and outs of insurance. With guidance from Keith and a lot of hands-on experience, Miles became a go-to team member and a natural fit for leadership when the opportunity came up.
Before joining this Agency, Miles started his insurance career back in 2017 at a local Allstate agency, working in sales. Since then, he’s built a strong foundation in the industry and brought that experience to help our agency continue growing and thriving.
Now, as Director of Operations and Service Team Manager, Miles helps lead the charge in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and helping see that our team has what they need to succeed. One of his proudest achievements? Being part of one of the top agencies in Central Ohio—and doing it while keeping our fun, supportive team culture intact.
What really motivates Miles is seeing the agency reach its goals and knowing the whole team had a hand in that success. He’s known for his sharp attention to detail, strong memory, and ability to keep things organized, even when the pace picks up.
Even though some of our team works remotely, Miles loves when everyone can make it into the office—there’s usually good food, lots of laughs, and his dog Remy is always around to say hi. At the end of the day, no matter how much fun we’re having, Miles helps safeguard that we stay focused and keep pushing toward even bigger goals.
His vision? To continue growing the team while staying true to the high standards and team-first mindset that makes this Agency Group such a great place to work.
