I acquired policies with the Yuster agency (vehicle, condominium, umbrella) some years ago when I was married to my now ex-husband. After our divorce, I twice tried to contact Yuster to get my ex-husband's name removed the policies I alone was paying for, and to remove his policies from my dashboard. No response. This year I purchased homeowner's insurance for a second home in State College, PA. An Allstate agent tried to help me remove my ex-husband's name from my policies and worked directly with someone in the Yuster agency to get this done. But over the course of several days, some of my policies vanished from my online dashboard, leaving me wondering if my coverage had been interrupted––a stressful and time-consuming process. Eventually the policies were visible again, but there is still one of my husband's policy on my dashboard. An unpleasant and inefficient process spanning several years.
