Kristie's agents work very hard to get the best rate possible for clients. I am always treated fairly, and with respect.
Unfortunately there is a stigma out there though, that Allstate often is reluctant to pay on legitimate claims. I have not had to make a claim at this point, so I cannot accurately comment on that issue.
If Kristie's agents can help Allstate clients overcome that fear, that their insurance company will be there to help and assist them when they have a loss, that would go a very long way to rebuild that trust that should exist between and insurer and their client.
I am confident that Kristie's staff will do their best to make sure that I am looked after though.
