I'm not sure if it's Kyle or just Allstate. The claim process was very expedient. It's stressful enough to file a total loss claim with many thoughts running through my mind and how to replace the vehicle that is very much needed and not having to incur more expenses. Allstate immediately provided rental assistance and then work quickly to complete total loss.
