I am very disappointed because the agent (Brandon) who wrote my policy was very deceiving. He not only did not provide
I am very disappointed because the agent (Brandon) who wrote my policy was very deceiving. He not only did not provide coverage requested ( I told him from the very beginning I needed full coverage on all vehicles,) he gave me discounts I did not qualify for i.e. Good Student Discount for my daughter. Although she is a full time student with an B+ average she keeps/uses her car at the University, Brandon was aware of this.
When he was trying to gain my business he called and texted me every day for a month, but once he signed me up and I had questions he never replied.
Although Mr. Lance has been helpful this reflects on the agency for employing representatives like Brandon.
