Paying my annual premium by phone should have been easy. The first time I called, I answered questions from a recorded voice that couldn't hear or process my answers, so it hung up on me. The second time I called I shouted very loud so the device could hear me. This time, finally, the device transferred me to a real person, who processed my information quickly and easily.

It's okay to use a recorded device to process information, but it if there's a problem it should automatically transfer a caller to a real person, especially when all someone is trying to do is pay a bill.
