My family and I have enjoyed living in Lancaster for over 40 years. We not only love the clean air and sunny skies that the desert offers, but it is also wonderful having the Angeles National Forest and Southern California beaches just an hour away. Our favorite time of year is when the California Poppies bloom in the spring!
I am a strong believer in giving back to the community. I was very active on the committee to rehabilitate downtown Lancaster, now known as the ""BLVD"". Homeownership for everyone is a vision to which I am committed. Working with great organizations such as GAVAR, Women's Council of Realtors, and NAHREP has given me a great deal of satisfaction. We are fortunate that the Antelope Valley has so many talented realtors and mortgage lenders to help people find affordable homes in our community. Our agency specializes in helping insure homes that are located in areas designated as high risk for fires.
There are many great schools in the Antelope Valley. My own children were very active in Team 399 Robotics and also the Lancaster High School Swim Team. My oldest daughter graduated from a great college thanks to the experiences and education she received locally and my youngest, though still in college, helps support herself with the lifeguard training she received as part of the swim team.
Our agency has staff who are fluent in both English and Spanish. We also have one person completely dedicated to helping with life insurance to pay off their mortgage if tragedy strikes.
