Allstate as a whole is not what I consider customer centered. I don’t appreciate the amount of times my agent has changed without being notified. It’s inconvenient for an office to not be located in the town I reside in. I live in Tahlequah. It’s large enough to support an office. I stay because I’ve always had Allstate. My costs continue to go up and I’ve done nothing to warrant those increases. I figure I’m on your client list in Poteau because you needed the numbers.
