Good afternoon Tom, I hope you are doing well. I understand your position on the inspection slightly changing the total insurable amount of your home. But as I explained to you, the honest truth is that the whole purpose of these inspections, particularly on high value homes, is to make certain that the structure is properly insured. So the 4% change that you saw was of course related to an increase in the overall coverage levels to ensure that your home is correctly insured. This is not something we see often, in fact it's actually pretty rare to see changes following an inspection. But there are sometimes structural components (again, particularly on high value dwellings) that just aren't reflected in our computer systems, thus the need for the inspection. But still, the end goal for both you and Allstate is to have your home properly insured. I wish you the best and please let me know if you have any questions or need anything at all.
