Not great. It started with the fact that I was clear that I needed a premium payment due date after the 15th of each month but got a due date of the 12th which apparently can't be corrected unless I want my premium to increase significantly. Then when I called about a late fee and additional charge I was referred to Corporate who couldn't help with refunding me as the late fee occurred due to my agent's office deciding to take me off autopay each month to satisfy the payment date I was clear about upon switching to Allstate. Corporate did inform me tho that I was signed up for their safe driver program and need to complete/log 50 drives by May. I never agreed to this so my upcoming renewal rates will sharply increase now too. So many missteps have been made that I am searching for another solution because in the end Allstate hasn't been as cost effective as I initially thought.

I have had a very frustrating experience with this insurance company. They removed a name from my policy without proper communication, which directly impacted my mortgage. As a result, my mortgage company overcharged me. Instead of correcting the issue and issuing the refund owed to me, I am now being told that I owe them money, which is incorrect.

What makes this worse is the lack of communication. I emailed multiple times seeking clarification and resolution, and no one ever called me back or followed up. Customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I was left to clean up a problem that should never have happened.

I expect accountability, accurate billing, and timely communication from an insurance provider, and unfortunately this company failed on all three. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
