Melissa is really good at this insurance stuff. I knew in 5 min after walking into her office that I had made the right choice. Her quick review of might work for me was a breath of fresh air. We got everything done in 20 min. In the meantime Melissa has always been there when I have questions. State farm, who I used for 32 years, cancelled my policies. They did not entertain any appeals, too.
