We've never done an automated birthday card in my career, I hand write these, we all hand sign these. I do a lot of cards a month, and all are handwritten, with only the best intentions.

I left you a VM as I would like to talk to you. I want you to know how good we are. I can see your account transferred to my office last year, how I didn't see this I have no idea. But you must not even be seeing our renewal thank you notes.
