I’ve gotten to know many local families as an Allstate agent in Greenwood Village. I enjoy being a part of the community, and building local relationships is one of the best parts of my job. I am a Colorado native and an alumni of the University of Colorado at Boulder where I received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Operations Management. I am an avid sports fan and enjoy rooting on my favorite regionals basketball and football teams! I’ve also coached sports for more than 35 years.

Her only recourse was a gift certificate which, although appreciated, didn't prevent the error from happening again. The local office is very kind and responsive, but the corporate office is not which limits the customer service the local office can provide.
