I have been licensed in property & casualty, life, and health insurance since 1991.
With more than 30 years in the industry and over 25 years as an Allstate agency owner, I am a second-generation agent who leads a multi-location agency serving the Medford and Cherry Hill areas, as well as customers throughout New Jersey. My agency's driving focus continues to be building and supporting a strong and capable team of licensed insurance professionals dedicated to helping customers protect what matters most today and into the future.




I grew up on the west side of Cherry Hill, NJ and attended St. Peter Celestine (now Resurrection), St. Joe’s Prep, and St. Joseph’s University, where I graduated in 1993. In 2001, I moved to Medford after purchasing my first agency, and the community has been home ever since. My wife Susan and I have been married for over 20 years, and we have three children—one now in college, one in high school, and one at St. Mary of the Lakes. Our family stays active in school, parish life, and the Medford community.




As an insurance agent and business owner, I take pride in helping individuals and families in the Medford and Cherry Hill areas find coverage options that fit their needs. I am also actively involved in supporting youth sports and community activities. Outside of the office, I enjoy Philly sports—especially the Eagles and Sixers—coaching youth basketball, golfing at Medford Village Country Club, and spending time with my family in Avalon, NJ during the summer. I have played the drums since I was 13 and enjoy music whenever I get the chance.




Giving back has always been a cornerstone of both my business and family life. For more than 25 years, I was proud to be part of "Mike’s Bikes", a collaborative holiday initiative with several Allstate agents that provided bicycles to hundreds of children in need each Christmas.




While specific initiatives may change, the goal never does: finding meaningful, worthy causes that make a real impact in our community. Supporting others—and teaching my kids the importance of generosity and service—remains a priority for me, both personally and professionally. My door is always open to new opportunities to support the communities that have given so much to my family and my business.

I feel that they should reach out to their customers with other social media connections. I loved the way Allstate used to be with previous owner. I think the personal touch may have been lost. They receive my payment but other than that no contact. I feel that they should reach out with Allstate updates, promotions, options for price reduction or other coverages available. Hello Francis: While we do appreciate the feedback, we must clarify that there were numerous attempts to contact you directly since Sept 2025. Mike the owner returned your call on 9/23/25 and left a message. Sherri then called 9/25/25 to offer an insurance review. Peaches then followed up and called 11/21/25 and again on 11/28/25 and "spoke with Fran, but he was watching a game and wanted to discuss another time". Peaches then followed up again 12/8/25 and "Fran answered and said he would call back at a later time and that he has a lot going on right now”. Peaches called back 12/9/25 and "Fran answered and said he would call back and that he was out shopping".

These are all of our most recent notes. As you can see, there have been numerous attempts above and beyond to review your policies, but you did not want or have time to on these attempts. The average agency may reach out one time every year or two for an insurance review (if they are proactive like an insurance agency should be). In this case there were six attempts to reach you within the span of a few months, and you were never willing/able to take this time to review. That is certainly no problem and completely up to you to take the time or not (many do not), but it was not for a lack of effort on the part of my agency.
