However, I’m not at all satisfied with the horrific rate increases on the premiums. I have been a customer of Allstate Insurance for well over 55+ years; my late-husband was a customer with Allstate since college graduation in the 60s; Hus parents and mine were also life-long Allstate loyal customers. I had to cancel my umbrella policy recently due to the premium almost doubling without any claims on my behalf!! To say I am happy about the premium increases would not be fair!!! It is very upsetting to loyal Allstate customers.
