DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CHARGE ME FOR CAR INSURANCE ABOVE MY POLICY AND THEN GIVE ME A REBATE LIKE YOU ARE DOING ME A FAVOR. ALSO, CONTACTED WAYNE ABOUT SOME RENTERS INSURANCE FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER AND HE RUSHED ME OFF THE PHONE AND NEVER GAVE ME ANY QUOTES OR EVEN CALLED ME BACK. JUST SAID HE HAD TO GO. WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CARRIER WHEN RENEWAL DATE ROLLS AROUND,

I love Allstate but my experience with Michael has been very disorganized. I got wedding insurance through him, and he provided the wrong date, wrong address, and wrong name for my fiance. He was difficult to get ahold of, and I was left dealing with this even still on the day of my wedding. Allstate, outside of Michael, has been great.

Honestly, it was fine. He was very nice. Everything is pretty easy like it said I just had a new roof put on my house and my vinyl siding is I’ll bring brand new so my main thing is that it was not depreciated value and it was replacement cost, and he gave me that. I’m just hoping it don’t drastically change every year. I’ve never had a claim in probably 20 years. I’ve had one claim, and this was due to whether that I couldn’t even help.
