However, every time you came in with documentation for your claim we made sure to get it to the claims department and work with you to resolve any questions you may have had at that time. I switch to a local agent so he could help me go through my policies and see where I could save some money. He has never once called back or attempted to help with this endeavor.

We work diligently to provide the best service possible to all our customers. At renewal every policy is verified, and any missing discounts are accounted for. If we notice any irregularities, we immediately reach out to the insured. However, I will personally reach out in the very near future to review both policies with you.
