I previously worked for an Allstate agency beginning in 2006. I opened my first agency in 2015, which is located in Louisville, KY and I opened my second agency in 2017 in Jeffersontown, KY. I have expanded my agency presence to now serve the great people of Tennessee. I would say my biggest frustration with my Allstate experience is the difficulty in actually talking to a human being - and it could be about anything - my rates, my policy, payment method, etc. Yes, the app is great - but with State Farm, it has always been so easy to talk to my representative. When I call, they know exactly who it is. They're always there to speak to me. If Allstate wants to win back my business, customer service needs to improve immensely.
