My experience with Michelle as an agent has been outstanding!!! Michelle and her team are very knowledgeable and professional. My experience with corporate Allstate however, has not been as good. The adjuster team was very unprofessional; tardy, not keeping appointments, not returning calls, making accusatory statements. Just a very poor experience.

If Michelle and her team were not such strong agents, I would have gone to another carrier.

I have an issue that doesn't seem to have an answer. I have 3 cars insured with Allstate 1 is registered to me, and 2 are registered to my wife. She has stopped driving all together since she returned from Arizona. I am signed up with Drivewise however my wife has not considering she doesn't drive. That seems to affect my score. Insurance is too costly as it is, I try to do everything I can to save money and i feel like I'm penalized because my wife decided to do the right thing by allowing me to do the driving.
