I was disappointed with my recent experience. I agreed to let your agency provide an auto insurance quote, and I shared my declarations page so you could match my existing coverage. Instead, my coverage was reduced without my clear consent. The change was only mentioned briefly in passing, and I was told the adjustment was made “to get the rate I wanted” — even though I never asked for a specific rate, nor did I authorize lowering my coverage to achieve one.
This left me feeling that transparency and accuracy were not prioritized in the quoting process. Because of this interaction, I no longer feel comfortable using your agency for my insurance needs and have begun exploring other options for my homeowners coverage.
I hope you will use this feedback to improve communication and ensure that customers’ existing coverage levels are respected unless a change is explicitly requested.
