Those kids who played football on my team are now dads and granddads. He has since grown the agency to cover both the Springville and Odenville areas. Monty's secret to success is to exceed the expectations of the customers. When he's not in the office, Monty enjoys golf, the beach, a good meal and spending time with his wife Cindy.
