Nicole has been part of the insurance industry since 2013 and joined Allstate in 2015, bringing over a decade of experience helping Arizona families protect what matters most. She holds licenses in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Series 6 & 63, allowing her to offer a full range of coverage choices and financial solutions.

Raised in Chandler, Nicole attended Conley Elementary, Bogle Junior High, and Hamilton High School before graduating from Arizona State University. Inspired by her parents’ success with Allstate, and by her own experience as a recipient of the Medallion Scholarship at ASU, which supported her college education - she founded agency to create a trusted, family-focused agency that serves local households with care and integrity.

When she’s not in the office, Nicole enjoys traveling (especially through Europe), spending time with her large close-knit family, and cheering on Arizona’s sports teams. She loves unwinding with a good charcuterie board, often shared with her husband and college sweetheart, Joe, and their dog, Tyson.

Recently I have had a couple of claims that I have had to submit. Working through the claim process has been very frustrating as I have had to go back and forth with different adjusters just to get the job completed and reimbursed for the expenses. There was also a gap in my coverage to where items weren't covered because of a lack of coverage that I was unaware of. Very frustrating and nobody from the office has ever reached out to me to ensure my claims were being taken care of and/or if I was in need of any assistance to get everything taken care of. It has taken a lot of my time to handle things that a consumer are expecting to be taken care of and covered. Hence the whole reason why you have insurance. You hope to never have to use it but when you do, you expect for the company to handle it with minimal involvement from you.
