I sent an email asking for help. The message contained specific details of my issue. The agent could have forwarded my

The agent could have forwarded my question to customer service, and they could have responded to me but instead I got a return email from the agent telling me to contact customer service. I did, but no one answered, so I left a message. Every time a call would come through from Allstate, there was no one on the other end. I finally used the chat feature. I asked to be changed to a local agent, it never happened. Customer service helped me with the original issue by telling me what I needed to do. I provided the documents and again nothing happened, no updates. Calls would come through from Allstate, but no one was on the other end. BTW the agent sent an email a couple weeks after my original inquiry asking if I needed any help. There was no way I was going to start over after being dismissed the first time.
