Our office proactively sends out emails at every renewal period, inviting you to schedule an insurance review. Additionally, Allstate provides renewal letters that outline any changes to your policy. While we aim to inform our customers comprehensively, direct calls for minimal increases, such as the small adjustments you've experienced since we took over your account from Eric, are not standard practice due to the high volume of clients we serve. We believe that communication is a two-way street, and our email invitations are designed to give you the opportunity to engage with us on your terms.
Regarding rate adjustments, there's an inherent understanding that economic factors, such as inflation, can lead to modest increases. In your case, the highest increase over a Six-month period was $7.50 per month .

Your daughter had my personal cell phone number, and we communicated extensively through texts and calls, even outside of regular business hours, to manage your claim while you were abroad. Upon your return, you advised that I communicate directly with you, which I did. I do not have any record of emails or voicemails from you indicating that you attempted to reach me without success.
My aim is to always provide dedicated support and ensure you feel connected throughout the process. I regret if this approach inadvertently caused any inconvenience.
