It’s difficult for me to understand why this agency cannot spell my name correctly. I have written emails and talked with people on the telephone about this issue. It makes me feel like I have placed my confidence in the wrong hands. Why is this such an issue? I don’t understand at all. My name is not that complicated. They claim that they have corrected everything however, when I look at my bank statements, and the money is withdrawn from my account, my name is still misspelled. I guess we are living in a time when customer service and customer satisfaction doesn’t matter anymore. It’s not rocket science.
