I've been an Allstate customer for over 40 years. I have a car, home, and umbrella policies.
In the past year, I lost my husband, and instead of rates reducing, they increased. Your office staff was unable to get the online site to work for me after my husband passed. I cannot use it, so now I have to call my payments into the office. Also, I had a homeowner's claim that took 6 months to resolve and was very stressful.
Frankly, I've been very disappointed with Allstate. Sadly, I've always been happy with Allstate until this past year. The customer service regarding the claim was terrible.
