Durante el último año, en nuestra oficina hemos podido responder el 60% de las llamadas sin necesidad de que vayan al correo de voz. Desafortunadamente, desde después de la pandemia, nos ha sido imposible responder el 100% de las llamadas y esto se debe simplemente a la falta de personal. Revisamos los correos de voz con regularidad y llamamos a nuestros clientes en el orden en que recibimos las llamadas. A los clientes les resulta más fácil enviar mensajes de texto a nuestra oficina con solicitudes simples con respuestas más inmediatas. Además, siempre puede llamar al 1-800-Allstate y un agente autorizado le responderá el 95% de las veces después de que haya pasado por el sistema telefónico automatizado. Le pedimos disculpas si no estamos cumpliendo con sus expectativas aquí. Al igual que usted, espero poder tener el tamaño de equipo que teníamos antes de que comenzara la pandemia.
