My Toyota Hilander platinum Hybrid was reapired by Schaefer Autobody Centers in O'fallon. For some unknown reason they took away the HYBRID logo from back of the car during repair. Now they say it is on backorder for one month passed. No help from All state. No reason provided why it was taken off when it was NOT damaged. I have the pictures??? Don't understand the lack of accountability from repair company or Allstate.
