I have been an Allstate agent since 2015 and I enjoy meeting new people and building personal relationships. It’s important to me to inform customers on their choices of coverages and help with their insurance needs. The best part about being an Allstate agent is getting to build long-lasting relationships with customers.

I graduated from Klein Oak High School here in Spring. Being in a small town, you get to know more local families. When there is a crisis in the community, I love how everyone comes together to help those in need.

I’m married to my wonderful husband, Cullen who also works in the office, and we have two wonderful boy’s. Our oldest son Luke was born on Thanksgiving Day and our youngest Tyler, born in 2020. I love going downtown to Minute Maid Park to watch the Astros play or finding local community events to spend a day with the family. I also enjoy going to our local movie theater and bowling alley. In my free time, I enjoy making fun memories with my family, cooking, entertaining, and doing crafts. My husband and I also love to hunt and that is something that we get to share our love for with our two boys.

My agency is family-oriented, professional and welcoming. We are all family here! It’s our goal to earn your trust. This will be an open and honest review. I feel I am dealing with a mega business, which I am, of course, but it would be nice if there was some kind of personal interaction with the owner. If I need something, I can call, but have ask to be sent to my agency. Then, depending on who is answering the phone, I may get someone I spoke with, or I may not. Frustrating.
Recently, I ran into issues with Amegy bank. This time I was lucky enough to get Sonia. That woman is a jewel. A true 5 star employee. She kept faxing and emailing my declaration pages to them. To no avail, I'm afraid, but it was no fault of hers.
The reason you got a 6, was almost solely because of her. If I was rating just her performance, it would have been a solid 10. Trust me.
So to wrap it up, I understand I am just a number that pays the home premium once a year, and the car once a month. If I have an issue, I am routed to an adjuster.
I understand this is just how it is done now. Okay. But I don't have to like it.
Love Sonia. Give her a raise. She rates a 10 in Customer Service. And you can tell her I am still fighting with Amegy over the additional policy.
