I like everything about my agent and staff, but Insurance rates are hurting the elderly and those on fixed incomes. Driving habits and how often and how far elderly drive should be factored into the equation of rates, when rates are bumped higher they use same structure, “ they say well we had to pay out so many claims, claims that didn’t effect everybody but all rates go up.”
