When I initially signed up with this agency, Sheldon provided great service which is what made me feel comfortable moving forward. Since then, the only contact I receive is generic marketing e-mails from Mr. Walker. When I call the office to discuss my renewals as recommended on the e-mail, I never seem to get to speak with one of my agents, but with a lady who seems to offer general answers versus address my specific questions regarding my account and my needs. When I signed up with the agency, my expectation had been that I would be treated like more than just a number.

Well, I think it was a year ago and the entire city had damage of tornados. I had roof and fence damage outside and water and wind damage inside my home. When my husband called, he was told there was nothing that could/would be done. I thought that was very unfair especially as I saw my neighbors' roofs being fixed.
