I enjoy participating in events that give back to our community. In April 2017, I joined other Allstate agents in the area to help The Family Center of Mobile qualify for an $11,000 Allstate Foundation Helping Hands in the Community grant for their new Robertsdale location. I was also able to assist in September 2017 with raising $12,000 for the Mitchell Cancer Institute by volunteering at the 10th Annual GO Run.

Every year I've been with this agency, with the exception of last year, I have had problems during renewals. I am not certain what the problems are but I have had to either pay forced place coverage or be the middleman between my mortgage and the agency. Last year I noted the dates and contacted the agency just before my AIUA was expected to be renewed to make sure that it had been completed, only to get a notification that it had been paid just after my inquiry (it appears that they were not going to be on time to pay again).
