I feel like as an agency I should be able to speak directly to the agent to get my concerns addressed and not put off to the phone line. I also work for Allstate so I just don’t have time to call in and would prefer email communication. Adjustments should be seamless when asked. I don’t reach out to my agency often and I understand Renters don’t get the same treatment at times but it’s just a flaw that needs to be addressed.
