My is rating low because i spoke to Sam a few months ago and told him about my roof, which i had just replaced, asking him to update my property details on my home policy from 19 years to 2 months. I also sent two {2) emails to customer service, with photocopy proof, asking them the same. As of this email, nothing has been done to correct it.
