I have called this agency 3 Times and each time was assured payment would stop as I switched car insurance and home insurance. Payment was still taken out and I was sent to collections for non payment. When I contacted corporate Allstate I was told there was nothing they could do as this branch worked off a different system, will be taking this to the Insurance board and my congressman,
