Because of the recent Eaton fire, treats of non renewal, despite moratoriums and guidance from the California Insurance Commission occured. You were not forthcoming with specific requests for fire prevention information to allow for ongoing coverage. Additionally, drastic rate increases in coverage has occurred. Much of this was due to a lack of foresight on your part, and I remain distrustful of your ability to navigate and handle future disasters like the Eaton firefire.

It was not made clear that that was for 3 cars not 2. I then spoke to Javier and was told I had 14 days which was actually 30 days. Joy corrected this and said 30 days. I was then told I would have to get the Purchase order or contract to you. I went to a local office and there they emailed it to your LA Office. Needless to say; the process is complete. Perhaps it would nice to know all the steps at the beginning so the customer to plan. Everyone was always patient, kind and willing to help. My original quote was $61.00 more per month.The last quote on 1/26/26 was $87.00 more. That’s a difference of $26. per month. Just some information to help your customers.
