Your claim service is a joke. Allstate is the most difficult company that I ever have to deal with. None of the customer service people can answer any questions. It's like talking to a Bot.I ask for a supervisor, nonavoidable. Told that one would call me. Never heard from anyone. What a joke. How can you run a company like that? Continue the way you are going, and you won't have a company. Miss managed is an understatement.

Poor. It took 3 x to call office and to cancel service since I moved. Also your claims department let me stay in moldy environment for a month after major surgery sleeping on couch for month and with a serious diagnosis. Terrible!
