As a native of Puyallup, I know and love life here. I live in the South Hill community, a friendly suburb with great people! I have one grown son, two dogs and several horses. In my down time, I breed champion half-Arabian English horses and compete in English on the Arabian horse circuit.

Unfortunately, as a field agent we do not have to ability to change your rate except during a review to make changes to coverage, deductibles, ect.. Allstate corporate handles the adjustment of rates. This review is meant to have the customer service graded for The Whelihan Agency. I did review your home policy and see it was started 3/6/25. Your premium is the same as it was at the inception of the policy. Rate adjustments are made by corporate at renewals which would be 3/6/26. I believe there is a misunderstanding. Someone will reach out to you via phone so we can review your policy with you to make sure you have a good understanding of your coverages and premium.

I don't like hopping around and shopping for another insurance company, However, I don't drive that much now in some reason.
My mile wise is charged to me.Regardless. I drive less than 40 Miles a week You are very expensive for somebody who lives off of disabilities There is a claiming process that I asked for direct pay for.... My question is, where's the money? Where is the money For my current claim that I put in in june. It is now August 17th 2 months after I put it in. I would say that you do not have good customer service at all

Although we are not in the claims department, we do our best to connect you with them and did so back on 8/12. We are more than happy to reach out to them again if you are still having trouble. Unfortunately, the Whelihan agency does not set the rates for your insurance policies. However, we do send out renewal emails every six months to encourage you to have a full review of your insurance to make sure you are getting all your discounts. We are more than happy to work with you and help you as much as we possibly can. We really enjoy helping our customers and value your business.
