Our staff member, Shawna, is a long-time volunteer and board member of the Brownsboro Youth Football Association, and she was proud to participate in this fundraiser.

I’ve worked in insurance for nearly my entire career, which started in 1989. I know this community and how to help its residents protect what matters most. It’s extremely rewarding to use my knowledge to build a business that is in the position of giving back to a community that has given so much to me and my family.

Not only does Allstate participate in opportunities to give back to Tyler and East Texas, but my agency and employees also give their time. We cultivate a culture of service and giving back and are committed to approaching everyday like day one of a new job – with gratitude, enthusiasm and hustle.

Having lived in East Texas for most of our lives and raising our children here, my husband and I have come to love this area and its residents. Our kids are adults with careers of their own, and it’s fun to see East Texas through their eyes. We look forward to seeing them raise our grandchildren here.
