I have lived in Atlanta my entire life, with the exception of the four years I spent at the University of Georgia earning my risk management and insurance degree. Atlanta is a true melting pot of cultures and such an exciting place to live. Atlanta has given me so much, and I enjoy staying involved with this great community. I am a member of the Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber of Commerce and the Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber of Commerce. My agency supports the YMCA Camp High Harbor and helped the organization qualify for an Allstate Foundation Helping Hands in the Community grant.

In November 2015, I opened my Allstate agency because I love helping people. I enjoy teaching customers about different coverage options so they can choose protection for the things that matter most to them. Nothing makes me happier than knowing my work can help local families when the unexpected happens, and our team can help support customers through the claims process.

Actually I had my auto insurance cancelled without my knowing it immediately due to my credit card information being recorded incompletely when I purchased the policy. Why this is not my fault: some of the final digits were dropped and I could not have even proceded without giving the correct number of digits. Another reason: I also have homeowners insurance which I purchased on the same call, same credit card, and it was recorded accurately. Now that you bring this up, I have previously reported back to the agency what happened to me and....crickets. So, if that screen reappeared I would lower the score.

Generally, Shep is very responsive to my emails. I've yet to see any action on my auto rate still being based on 14K miles per year, when it's been 10K for the past 3 years. The 20% increase on my insurance this year - both auto and home - is troubling.
