she is amazing I had trouble knowing if my payment went through a couple of times and she called me and she had me go through the steps to get things corrected and unknown to me what I had seen posted had him posted it was needing some attention and she was absolutely amazing solving all of my issues and I hope everything is resolved now because she is absolutely an amazing person and she goes above and beyond to address any issue that somebody may have with an account with people

This company does not include these services from what I was told by a representative. I will more than likely change back to my prior insurance company at some point because I don't like to struggle. I like everything in one package.
