Nonresponsive and misrepresented my policy. My home was hit by a natural disaster and all I needed from Stephon Flemming was a copy of my policy. After 10+ requests, he sent me junk mail claiming it was my policy. It wasn’t. Then he doubled down. We both know what an insurance policy is, and that wasn’t it. Then he stopped responded. I eventually received a copy of my policy directly from Allstate. Very disappointing experience. Now Allstate is denying my claim for living expenses while my home was uninhabitable, contrary to the express terms of my policy.
