Terrible I was screamed at by the office for no reason but trying to made a claim against my homeowners policy and they refused to accept my claim since the claim I tried to file was for vandalism that occurred over several months and called my daughter to tell her I was trying to make a false claim just to get the money which was not the case at all. The agent then told me to go F myself and take my business to State Farm and that’s my plan after being with Allstate for 29 years
