Didn’t like the way I was treated the last time I called. Was left to feel ashamed that once in a very long time having cars insured with Allstate that I missed a payment. Also, the insurance prices are extremely high.

Our process is to call our insured's and provide a friendly reminder of any late payments or missed payments to avoid any cancellations, which can end up costing you a late fee and/or a lapse in coverage.
