Terrible. I've had to fight repeatedly to obtain payment related to my homeowners claim. Agents or adjusts do not get back to me or so so very slowly. While I'm having to actively fight to get approvals or payment to fix my home, my bank informed me that Allstate has raised my rates over 25%. So I'm having to pay more while Allstate has been terrible to work with to get my home back together after a loss (going on 6 months now).
