I was born and raised in the Durham/Middlefield, CT area, just 30 minutes from my Derby, CT office. After graduating from Coginchaug Regional High School in 1998, I earned my degree from the University of Connecticut Business School in 2002. Before joining Allstate, I gained valuable experience in the mortgage and automotive industries, which laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial journey.
In 2012, I purchased my Allstate agency in Derby, CT, bringing together the best of three long-standing Allstate agencies over the years. Consolidating these locations has allowed me to build on their legacy and focus on growing strong relationships with customers, helping families and businesses protect what matters most.
Insurance runs in my family—my cousin, a 25-year Allstate agent in Michigan, inspired me to pursue this career. His mentorship helped me shape a thriving business focused on both exceptional customer care and team development. I take pride in mentoring my staff and helping them grow, whether they advance their careers within my agency or pursue entrepreneurial opportunities of their own.
At our Derby office, we’re fortunate to have an incredible team. Kathy, our office manager, has been with the agency since 1998 and plays a vital role in our day-to-day operations. Her bilingual skills have strengthened our connection to the Polish community. Our Senior Sales team brings years of know how in helping customers find the right coverage, and our newer staff members help see that the office runs smoothly and customers feel welcome from the moment they walk in. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Lindsey and our two daughters, Ava and Leah. I’m proud to coach their softball, soccer, and basketball teams, which has been an incredibly rewarding way to stay involved in their lives and our local community. When I’m not coaching, I’m cheering them on in their artistic performances or enjoying a round of golf. I’m also a lifelong UConn Huskies fan and love watching their games.
