I have lived here my entire life. I cut grass as a young boy and worked in a local family owned grocery store during high school and college. I also worked in the local paper mill during the summer months while I was in college. After college I worked with an insurance agency here in Wiggins for 21 years. I lost my wife, Amy, to breast cancer in 2011, we have two children, Tyler and Laurel. In my spare time, I like to use the local water park, and I also like to hunt in this area. I also spend time at church, fish, play golf, and spending time outdoors.

Having spent my entire life in this community, it’s important to me to be involved in the community. I’m involved at the Bond Baptist church, in the past have coached soccer, baseball, fast pitch softball, and slow pitch softball. I also help my daughter support the fight against breast cancer. She has a team, Pink Angels, which raises money for the cause and do the walk each year.

This is where I grew up and it is still a small town, it has changed a whole lot but the people here are just good small town people. One reason I became an Allstate agent was to help people in the town I grew up in. I’ve represented Allstate for over five years, but have been in the insurance industry for over 25 years.
