A Tradition of
How agent Tracy
McKenica Besenyodi inherited her dad's work ethic.
My dad became an Allstate representative in 1973. He worked at a booth inside a Chapel Hill Sears.
I spent 10 years working in retail and sales after college. After the birth of my son in 2001, it was time for a change.
My dad approached me about working in the family business.
This career change allowed me to get closer to my dad while allowing a better work/life balance for my family.
My dad always treated staff and customers like family. I've tried to continue this legacy.
He made sure I spent time working in every role of the business before he retired in December 2016.
at the agency for the past four summers.
I don't think
his goal is
becoming a
third-generation agent, but it's fun for us all to work in the family business!
