Yes this company carries the Allstate name but its doesn't carry the customer service that makes it Allstate. My car was set up by someone at allste to be stolen and it was. It was a I was charged two dedutables total nightmare

I completely understand how frustrating a rate increase can be. I did want to share that insurance agencies like ours don’t actually set the rates. Rates are determined by the insurance company based on statewide factors such as claims costs, repair and replacement expenses, weather losses, and other regulatory-approved rating factors.
